Dr. Jacob LoTurco, DC, DPT, PSP, NFP, CKTP

Dr. Jacob “Jake” LoTurco is dedicated to helping patients restore function, optimize performance, and achieve long-term health through an integrated approach to care.

Originally from Hilton, New York, Dr. Jake graduated from Hilton Central High School in 2003, where he excelled both academically and athletically. His passion for human performance led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from SUNY Brockport, where he also became a certified personal trainer.

He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College and has completed advanced training in physical therapy, kinesiology, clinical nutrition, rehabilitation, and therapeutic modalities.

Today, Dr. LoTurco specializes in chiropractic care, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and medical weight loss, integrating structural alignment with metabolic and hormonal optimization. His approach focuses on addressing root causes — not just symptoms — helping patients improve energy, recovery, focus, strength, and body composition.

Dr. Jake is a certified Doctor of Chiropractic, Physical Therapy Specialist, Kinesio Taping Provider, Nutritional Functional Medicine Provider, and Xymogen nutraceuticals provider.
